Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, ERIK THE LABEL cannot accept returns or exchanges on beanies or berets unless the item is faulty, damaged or the incorrect item was received.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@erikthelabel.com.au  within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
